Tom Lewis Jr.
Tom Lewis Jr. leads the design, development, financing and project management of Integra. Mr. Lewis is also a Principal with Phase 3 Properties, a life science development firm focused on public/private partnerships across the United States. Prior to Integra and Phase 3, he co-founded Flagstone Holdings, LLC following multiple partnerships in real estate development and contracting in the southeast United States. As a representative at Colliers, a global real estate services firm, Mr. Lewis specialized in real estate in Eastern Europe and facilitated the companies expansion in that area. During his tenure at Colliers, Mr. Lewis opened offices in Kiev, Moscow and St. Petersburg to hire and traine initial brokers and required staff. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Georgia.
Laurence G. Preble
Larry is responsible for all legal aspects of Integra’s development projects. Larry has also worked as Senior Consultant of Special Projects for Phase 3 Properties, Inc., a life science developer based in San Diego, California. Mr. Preble is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Petroleum Refining Engineering. He also received a law degree from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles. Mr. Preble has extensive experience in developing healthcare, life science and biotech projects in markets around the country for academic institutions, private companies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Preble has extensive experience in developing successful projects, including public/private partnerships, taxable and tax-exempt financing, and structuring and negotiating complex transactions. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Preble was Vice President and Director of Development for KUD International LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kajima Corporation, the giant construction and development firm based in Japan. Prior to joining KUD, Mr. Preble was the senior real estate partner at O’Melveny & Myers, a national and international law firm based in Los Angeles. At O’Melveny, Mr. Preble served as a Chair of its 70-lawyer Real Estate Department and as a member of its management committee. He was admitted to the Bar in the states of California and New York and the District of Columbia. He has served in leadership positions in many legal and professional associations. He is a frequent lecturer and author on real estate issues and has been appointed as Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and Fordham University School of Law in New York. He has been elected as a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is the past Chair of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute. Mr. Preble is a member and former Chair of the Board of Trustees of the House Ear Institute, a world-renowned medical research organization in Los Angeles. He has also served as a Trustee of Harvey Mudd College and the Citizens Budget Commission in New York and he is a member of the Public/Private Partnership Council of the Urban Land Institute.
Jamas Gwilliam
Mr. Gwilliam is responsible for the execution of the strategic capital investments made by the Executive Team at Integra while overseeing the underwriting, due diligence, leasing, entitlements and acquisition processes. Mr. Gwilliam’s experience also includes Chelsea Investment Corporation where he was involved with acquisitions and development of low income housing tax credit affordable multi-family housing projects and Marcus & Millichap as a member of a brokerage team in the National Retail Group. Mr. Gwilliam is a graduate of the University of San Diego’s Masters of Science in Real Estate Program with high honors and recipient of the Earnest W. Hahn Memorial Scholarship. He received a BS in Financial Services with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
